Who's BlackBerry is connected to BES & BIS, or just BIS?

Do you see any real benefits? I use to have mine connected to BES (until yesterday), but just have to many issues doing things, albeit it I had the default I.T. Policy. And, services on our server keep stopping/failing.

Trying to get our I.T. Manager to update / upgrade the server (4.0) is like getting blood from a stone, thus I remove my device from the server (I work in I.T. and thus can remove/add at will)...

    But, just wanted your opinions...

I use just BIS. Little to no problems. Unless I absolutely had to I would try to stay away from BES - From what i have read (and I'm sure there are lost ofviews on this) it sounds like there are many more issues with BES. I don't have to hook into a corporate network or work with a large IT department so that probably helps for ease of use.

Just using BIS for now. I had planned om installing BES Express at the house, but that has been put on hold for now. Trying to get all the details worked out on just how much it will cost me.
