BES email question.

I just recently changed my data package to BES from BIS. I needed to be able to get my email from my job directly to my phone. I setup my personal accounts via att blackberry BIS email site. The question I have is, will I have to use the old BIS site for my personal email while contacting my IT department for my corporate email using BES?
