    My treo had a beam feature to send contact info to other PDA users. I thought BBs did to but I haven't read anything about it yet. I'm going to do a search on the userguide but does anyone know?

    Unfortunately, BB doesn't have the feature of transferring info using Infra red Tech.

    I can't even see where I can email a contact to a person's email address??!!?

    Save your information in your address book.


    When you wish to share your information:

    open the address book
    Locate your information
    Click the alt button and scroll down to send as attachment
    Email the person your information.

    Highlight the contact you wish to send. (Do not go into the contact details)
    menu>send as attachment. It will send as a vcard attachment.

    If you compose a PIN message you can attach and address from directly from the compose PIN menu.

    When composing an email just go to menu and attach address should be an option.

    Hope that helps.

    In regards to beaming... you have to turn on your bluetooth connection and pair to the device you want to beam.
