With BlackBerry removing their Music & Video library from BlackBerry World. (which isn't far off). And as those who have already purchased films and music, will be able to keep them.

I think BlackBerry should drop the prices and have a Massive clearance sale on all videos and music...

Ya, great idea. Lets throw some more cash out the window in times like these... The prices are what they are for a reason. The margins in bbry's (or any music store for that matter) are probably minuscule.

It's called a closing down sale for a reason, as it's closing down. And yes the prices are what they are for a reason, but when it's removed in July no one will be making money from it. And 10.3 isn't being released in July is it.

Clearance sale implies there is stock in a store to be cleared out. When you're talking a digital inventory, there is no stock on the shelves. There is nothing to clear out. The concept is bizarre. It would accomplish nothing but cause BlackBerry to bleed more money.

I don't care who owns it or what kind of inventory it is. The Library is going. And I thought a sale might be a nice way to go. That's it.
