Anyone know what wrong with this company? When I replaced my Pearl due to damage, the old registration numbers would not work. I've emailed them three times and they don't respond with new registration numbers. Are they still in business or are they just not interested in customer support?

I hope they're still in business. I received this email Sept 06/08 while inquiring about an update.


Hi xxx,

BBSmart Email Viewer is not currently compatible with OS 4.5.

We do intend to release an upgrade to BBSmart Email Viewer to make it compatible with OS 4.5, however I cannot provide an ETA at present. If you have already purchased the software you will be automatically notified by email when the update is released.
