So I have an old 7130e which has a BES IT Policy which requires a password. So I did a Wipe with BBSAK 1.7 which is low level wipe thinking that would get rid of password. The screen says 507, so I use BBSAK to LOAD OS. When that's done, the device boots up and it asks for NEW PASSWORD? Why won't this disappear?

The wipe you used has no effect on a IT policy.

If the phone is currently password locked, there is no way around it. If you do know the password, it is possible to remove the IT Policy and use it like any other BlackBerry.

Try doing a Factory Reset on the Misc tab in BBSAK.
