BBM7 not available in my country
I can't seem to download the new BBM as it keeps saying "is not available for your device/model/country". I have even done a couple of battery pulls and restarted BB World manually and still nothing. I live in Bahrain and my device is a 9790. Any idea how to get the new BBM from the BB World?

It is possible that RIM have not released it yet for your country. However, I believe if you search around the forums here, some people have it available for OTA download from their personal sites.

Try downloading directly from blackberry.com/messenger (might not work), or rroyy.com/ota
