    I am using a 9930 running 7.1..580 and just updated BBM to 6.2.0.56 after reboot the program is gone. App world shows it installed. I have tried the following to no avail. Battery pull twice, checking all folders, made sure all icons are visible, deleted app using application manager and reinstalling, universal search no results for BBM on device. Does anybody have any ideas? By looking at the comments on crackberry I am not the only one.

    Look in the ALL tab, if not there check the DOWNLOAD tab, if not there find it with Universal Search.

    same thing happened to me, but desinstall/reinstall solve the problem.
