    So I tried to update my bbm to the newest version a couple of days ago and for some reason, I can't get onto it anymore. After putting in your blackberry ID, it goes to a "restoring bbm" screen and stays there. I have tried taking the battery out and reinstalling the program. PLEASE HELP!

    I switched devices as well and I'm having the same issue. Why can't it just work?
