Does anyone on the crack-team know when this will be taking place? I updated my dev alpha, and it included a nice BBM update. Just curious how BBM is going to preform on the new platform

Still ing we should wait for final hardware and do this instead of this or both. If we do it now and then it won't seem as fun then. Yes I realize its the same OS but final hardware will take away and doubts/doubters

Yeah, that's true. I guess it would be smarter to wait until we get the final device... BUT why not just do two? One now and one again with the final?

There wont be as much excitement if we do another one just about two months later. Since we havent done one in so long its exciting but it wont be when we do on in feb and we just did one in december on the same software...

so if i had bb10, can i still bbm my friends that are still on bb7 & bb5 and vice versa?

I think i thought about it for far too long and got bogged down with the fact that they're two completely different platforms lol.

I'd rather see a stress test done now rather than later.

Few reasons..

I'm bored.

Maybe rim could learn something from the stress test if done now, and fix a potential issue prior to it being released.

And the best reason is in a couple of months I'm going to be playing with my actual bb10, and won't care about the stress test
