Hopefully someone can help me here. My friend got a "new " BlackBerry Torch and added me to BBM. It says he is a contact and apparently when I try sending him a message it will deliver, with a D, and he can read them, but the D doesn't change to an R. He also can't send any messages, im not sure if there's a check mark, red X, or a D on his end. On a side note, I had his sister as a contact also when she had the phone. I also had to accept his invite when he took over the phone, even though I technically had that pin as a contact from when his sister had the phone.

Any help would be appreciated.

Update: he says his sent messages go from a checkmark to a red x

I'm experiencing the same problem when my mom's sending me a message. My messages get to her and it shows a D mark on mine even though it's already been read by her. She, however, cannot send me a message. It shows a checkmark and then changes to X. Another weird behavior is that she can message any other BBM user successfully. Hmm...

He said he deleted the app and then re installed it. Works now
