I am the only BlackBerry user in our family while all of them are using iPhone. I told them to use BBM if they want to contact me, and all of them agreed. We've noticed that their BBM account automatically logs out of BBM, it happened many times already like when they open BBM it is asking them to sign in again. What seems to be the problem?
