    As BBM nears it's next step of going cross platform I believe it's time it becomes a full blown social app. BBM channels is a very interesting concept for BBM. It's refreshingly new and intuitive and has been accepted and being used by thousands even though it's in Beta mode as of now.
    What of a new addition? "Now Playing "? The name might not be perfect but I believe the concept is. You all may know, when you play a song on your BBM, it displays on your status for all your contacts to see. What if it was curated by the most played songs across all devices and displayed in a "Trending Topic" style like on twitter, so it's out there for all to see the songs being played by most people. What do you think?

    I agree it's a good idea...but you're mistaken about MSN Messenger never being popular. It was one of the main three messaging platforms!
