Anyone else hoping that RIM will allow you to control the colour and frequency of the LED notification in BB10 natively, as opposed to downloading an app like BeBuzz? Anyone know if this feature is coming?

I don't think there has been any news on that yet...

I have asked myself the same thing... but I'm guessing they will leave it red and allow developers to make apps for led customisation....

OS 7.1 lets you change the colour natively, so hopefully they'll include and expand on that in BB10.

Thanks for the reply - I actually didn't know that. They don't allow it for the PlayBook, at least not yet.

My understanding is that it will carry over from 7.1....my big question is if it will have the "glow" notification that the playbook has (red in upper left). I really like this feature and would like to see it on phones.

The glow is awesome! I was annoyed seeing the LED flashing this morning on the PB but just switched to the glow with no LED and all was well . I don't use LED caller id apps but it seems like it's very popular so I hope BB10 has that ability.
