    If Samsung can produce a phone utilizing this patent (Galaxy S8 features: What if it runs both Android and Windows 10? | BGR) within the Android terms and conditions, then why can't BlackBerry utilize their QNX hypervisor to build a QNX(BBXX)/Android hybrid that seems to be the panacea BlackBerry that their users pine for?

    Also, Is it possible that this is also within the R&D agreements that BlackBerry have in place with Samsung?
