I bought the BB10 for one business function: that is the "Balance". How do I get this to function. I cannot find any info anywhere. Can anyone guide me on this?

You need to be using BES10 - the new enterprise server - in order to get Balance.

I was under the impression that anyone could separate their work and personal email. Not just enterprise people. Becoming more and more disappointed in my BlackBerry 10

You can run your own BES server if you want this functionality, but I don't really see the point if you are not in an enterprise scenario.

I want to separate them like BlackBerry said was possible so that I can have work information and email separate from my personal so when not working I don't have to see work things if I don't want. I want balance

Wouldn't that be separated by the different email addresses? For instance, a Gmail for personal email, a work email for work email? Isn't the organization sort of built into that?
