    New, as in not opened. The 9810 was released in 2010, I had one and it was great with 512mb of ram and 4gb o storage!

    I liked that phone it was buggy as hell but nice little phone .They probably had it sitting in a warehouse somewhere.

    It's known as 'DEAD STOCK' I got a watch G-shock, that was BRAND NEW but made in 1998... was sitting in a warehouse for 18 years.. lucky me.

    LOL, weren't they all buggy, My fingers got sore from having to pull batteries and reboot! LMAO But all in all mine worked fairly well.
