My BB is just shutting off FULLY in the middle of phone converstations. To turn it back on you have to take the battery out and put it back in. Why is it doing this how do I make it stop?

You might wanna try downgrading to another one. It sounds like a file is corrupt in the new one

I agree with addict. If you're experiencing issues as a result of upgrading your OS, the best bet (in some cases) is to just downgrade to what you had before.

It could also just be a giant coincidence.

what ones have you downloaded? sometimes it couple be a rogue app causing problems. Its worth a shot deleting one of the apps you added and see if that fixes it. If that doesn't work try the downgrading the os

It doesn't look like any of those would cause something to go wrong but you never know. Try deleting the apps and rebooting the phone and give it a test run. You should be able to tell if was an app that messed it up or if you are going to have downgrade the os

I would downgrade it and if it fixes the issue just leave it on the one you downgraded to

eshields, you had way too much trouble upgrading your OS to begin with. Do regular battery pulls like once a day for another week and let us know if your phone continues to be a pest.

It could be the battery. I experienced the same symptoms with my phone: dying in the middle of phone conversations or extreme browsing. Plugging it in or popping out the battery was the only way to restore power. Any buzzing on the line before it died? I found this to also be a symptom of a dying battery. Anyway, once I replaced the battery, the issue was resolved.
