    Hi Everyone,

I've searched the forum and couldn't find anyone having the same problem..

I recently did a FULL back up of my BB curve 9320 using BlackBerry Desktop Software(Everything was updated) and when I restored everything I was surprised to find that my alert tones were gone - all my default phone noises, alerts, ect all deleted... Does anyone know how to get these sounds back? My phone company said it's my phones problem?

    Please help.

You could try Opening up Desktop Manager and select "Restore". Then under the heading "Select Data to Restore" choose "Select device data and settings". From there should find your custom ring tones.

    UPDATE
I talked to my service provider & they told me to re-load the software on my phone. And that got all my default sounds, alerts, music, ect back on the phone.
