Hello. I'm new to the Blackberry. It was working fine and now I can manuever the track ball but I can't click and open anything. I can't turn it off or on. Any suggestions? I took the battery off and it rebooted but it is still doing the same thing.

Your post doesn't have a lot of detail. Just that the phone has stopped working entirely.

Pull out the battery. Wait 3 minutes. Put it back in and see if anything changes.

If that doesn't work, for some reason I'm not aware of, you have a dead BB.
