I have a 7205t but switching it to 8300. I have only 55 contacts that takes 29MB. The phone is new. My contact database is around 1000 contacts (it is in outlook). Can BB accomodate this?

When I transfered contacts from outlook it transfered all notes etc (which is kind of cool) but!!! Is there anyway to check how much memory those contacts are taking? I have this phone only for couple weeks, and I did not load anything else.

I don't see how 55 contacts could take 29mb, maybe its formatted incorrectly or something?

    I guess I text a lot.... Oops.

I have 86 contacts at 22.5K. Check your math. I bet your at 29K, at least I hope. For 29 mb thats almost .5mb per contact.
