i bought a bb 8830 off ebay and it wont turn on at all. i charged the battery fully and still nothing. i tried wiping it wit jl_cmder and re-loading the software but that didnt work. does it need to be activated by the carrier to turn on?? doesnt make sense but anything to get this this to work would be appriciated. any tips or ideas??
