If someone can answer my first question (what the unavailable icon is with a little house or two arrows?), forgot to add, what may cause this icon to appear? Are they on the phone, texting, out of service, etc? Thank you.
I think that may be the busy icon. I think it is actually a little clock on the smilie face. It pops up if the contact does not read the message within 1 minute.
