I have a BB 8830 WE for my personnel use and now have a tmobile G1 for business not my choice!
does anybody know if i am able to us BB messenger on a g1 phone .or if it can even be installed

Since it uses the bb servers, and bb data, and the G1 doesn't have access to either, I'd say no.

I was thinking a program for the PC to plugin your bb PIN # and for it to retrieve and send / Blackberry Message from the Internet but that takes away from RIM.

I agree with a desktop PC program for BBM. That would be kind of cool. But I think that it would be best to have something like that where it can only be accessed with your phone plugged into the USB. The PC detects it right away, and asks for a device password.
