I think this is an amazing advertisement for the Nokia Lumia 1020 and really what I hoped BB would do for the Z10 and Q10. Here is the video check it out and let me know what you think.

It adds comedy and gets you hooked and then it shows off the phone's strong point. So simple, I wonder why Frank Boulben could not think of this!!!

BB could have easily done something like this with timeshift but instead we get people morphing into other people while they walk across the screen lol.

Great commercial. It shows that Nokia really understands their strength. Not afraid to be different and even show how they are different.

I read this from the comments inside the video and thought i should share. Shows how Windows Phone is missing some key features that the other OSs have:

    >no youtube app
    >can't charge the phone while it's turned off
    >no notification center
    >no VPN support
    >no alternate web browsers
    >no alternate keyboards
    >can't close apps from "multi task" screen
    >multi tasking itself is almost non existent
    >no text reflow in IE10
    >FM radio support removed in WP8
    >no orientation lock
    >no custom notification sounds
    >can't control ringtone and media volume separately
    >no USB storage
    >need to completely wipe your phone to change active live ID
    >can't change font size in SMS app
    >no decent system wide maps app
    >fragmented applications only available for Nokia phones
    >can't keep WiFi alive while the phone is locked
    >no file explorer
    >no voice assistant like Siri / Google Now
    >no battery percentage
    >no google talk / what's app integration into the messaging hub
    >no smart dialing
    >can't disable auto rotate
    >no G+ support in people hub
    >still no custom colors for tiles
    >no gapless zune playback
    >can't set manual IP address / DNS
    >no folders in apps list
    >no basic features ported to WP 7.8 (like data smart)
    >can't manually manage music / files on the device via your computer
    >no FLAC support
    >can't block numbers
    >can't backup / restore SMS/MMS
    >low quantity of apps
    >existing apps have a worse release cycle and almost always less features and support
    >forced to market the platform with celebrities
    >can't separate phone contacts from facebook contacts
    >random reboots with WP8 devices

Sure, but the common folk wouldn't get all that from this advert. All their thinking is something along the line of " neat camera". Something Blackberry adverts generally fail to garner (a response).

Side note, loved the ending where the lady quoted the new Apple ad slogan haha

great ad, that even if it doesn't sell a ton of devices, generates interest, something BlackBerry marketing is yet to do! Perception must change!!
