I have loaded the beta os 4.5.0.18 onto my phone and I've tried to follow John Clark's guide on how to show bb maps on my at&t bb 8310 phone but the LBS.axl doesn't show up the same as he wrote.

^ this is what my LBS looks like, I don't see the items mentioned on John Clark's guide, there is no vendor ID or anything. If someone would know how to solve this issues on 4.5.0.18 operating system. I think his guide only works for 4.2 for at&t

Can't help with beta software.

People who have 8320s which came preloaded with BB maps don't work with 4.5. Its not a problem with following the steps, BBMaps just isn't compatable with the beta os.

Yeah, try resending your service books. Worked for me.

thanks for your responses. yes i have tried to send service books multiple times but the icon will not appear on my screen. i'm not sure what else to do.

Weird, BB Maps works fine for me with 4.5.0.18. Though I am pulling it off right now since it takes up space and Google Maps is much better.
