for bb email password!!!

I switched over to a new bb that I got from alltel and had to switch over the email accounts, I switched my school email and my yahoo fine but when I try to validate my alltel.blackberry email address it keep saying my password is wrong and my security question is wrong also. I know I didn't forget where I was born at for the security question but it keeps saying incorrect. When I try to reset it, it still asks me for my password! So I was wondering is there any way to retain my password or something.

A lot of people just bring the phone to the store of the carrier they are currently using and have the tech at the store call the previous carriers tech support.

I have to do this at least three times a day.
