My BB email isn't working properly. I don't get emails on it even tho I put it as an email address to get a link immediately. I get the same email to my other address. Today I've tried to send one from there and it worked. It seems I just can't receive any.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
First, have you done a battery pull? If not, start with that.
If that doesn't do it, try resending your service books. It's possible something has gone amiss. If these don't correct the problem, hopefully we'll find another route.

Thank u for your advise! I did do a battery pull as well as every day I'm doing a SoftReset. Just now after reading your post I sent the Service books. So far nothing has happened. Oh I did sent an email from another address to try it out.
