My new BB 8900curve arrived today.
I have gone through the setup for word/excel/powerpoint to go in applications.
I cannot open a document in any of them.
Need to be able to start new documents in them.
How can i get this to work/what software do i need to download?

In order to create new documents you need to buy the Premium version of DocsToGo.
There is a workaround though. On your computer, create a new, blank document and save it as "Template" or something similar. Then transfer that file over to your media card. Now when you want to create a new document, just open up the blank "template" file, write your document, and "Save As" a different name.
