My blackberry bold 9700 battery died while I was filming a video. Now the file doesn't appear on my phone but it appears on the computer when I plug it in as a "LOCK File" how do I change/convert/fix this problem?
Not sure you're gonna get that to work - if you get it to show it will most likely inform you that the file has been corrupted and is unable to play. I had a similar issue where the vid timed out while filming and I never got a viable answer to correct it so I gave up and deleted a 15 min video out of frustration. Maybe by now someone here has a solution for you...good luck
