I don't want to pay $300 for a new BB but, having used the Curve 8300 for a couple of years, I've discovered some missing features I'd like to have in my next BB. One such feature is the ability to access the Internet while I'm on a call. Though I don't have GPS, Google does show me my current location no matter where I am. I would like to be able to have GPS with voice directions. Wifi and using my BB as a modem are essential. I'd also like to have better voice recognition in voice dialing. This phone is terrible with that. For fun, I'd like to be able to listen to my stored music on my Jawbone II.

Any BB's out there besides the Bold that provide these features? My company foots the bill for the monthly charges, but the cost of the phone is mine. Good grief I can't believe how expensive the Bold is. It's a great BB, but the price is ridiculous.

    Thanks...

The 8320, 8820, 8120 and I believe the 8220 for wifi. If you are connected to a wireless network through wifi, you can access the voice part of the phone. Pretty much any device with wifi can access voice and data as long as the device is connected to a network on wifi.

Even though I'm on a company wireless plan, can I disable that and use Wifi instead?
