BB 9900 Reboot Takes forever

Hi Gals and Guys

Sorry if this is a repost , found one thread but no answer.

My Bold 9900 take 10-15 mins to reboot....runs 3/4 and the gets stuck

I have searched the memory files for anything that may be too big to process ,but nothing.

I have set my email accounts (3) to delete after 30 days

I have about 15 extra apps loaded.

Yes i have about 1500 photos but they are all on the Ext Mem Card.

Even when i sync to my desktop the Back Up process seems to take forever

Please help , I dont really want to do a FULL WIPE

Hi Wayne. I had the same problem for a while. What fixed it for me was an update of software..since then it takes a minute or two instead.

What OS version you running?
You can rule out the SD card being the problem by temporarily removing it. See if it still takes a very long time or not.

Also, what apps do you have installed? I suspect some may be background-running apps.
