    Hi,

I'm an AT&T customer, planning to upgrade to either an iphone or BB 8310. I read this comment in one of the reviews on some website...

"In BB 8310 , the # symbol is not a main key on the numbers. When I was calling my bank (and other companies) I was instructed to enter my account number followed by the pound key. I cannot enter the pound key with this phone because I have to hit ALT then #. "

Is this true ? What about iPhone ?. Has anybody tried to pay their bills using BB 8310 - i guess that is when u face such situations...if so how did you manage it ?

    regards,
    rintu

lol, I have no idea why they could not enter a '#' symbol, just do as described. It works.

    What about an iPhone?
