    You won't lose any info. Just remember to always save changes when you close out any running apps.

    Check your memory before and after you pull it. You should see the memory go up.

    I just pulled mine out because I lost data coverage. Happened to me twice this week. Data coverage came back after the pull. Not sure what is going on.

    If you have an 8130 you need to pull the battery since it is a suretype model. I have also noticed on other models that softreset does not work as well as a battery pull.

    Completely unnecessary app and waste of memory.

    Pressing the left Alt key, right shift key and right delete key all at the same time performs a reset without a battery pull or the need to download special apps.

    That may work on Curves, but does not work with Pearls.......
