What is better for battery life longevity ? Keeping my phone on a charger when ever I get a chance ? Or letting the battery run down before I charge it again ?

You can't overcharge so leave it in the charger if you can.

Lithium ion batteries don't like being run down, but do like being kept on charge after they hit the "full" indicator. I leave mine on overnight even if it's only half empty.

What they said. I bought a charging stand (from CB, actually) that sits on my nightstand. Last thing before sleep each night, in goes the Berry.

I charge nightly 2 batteries just incase I run low and need a spare.
