    You should have gotten more than 7 hours. Make sure you close apps using the menu and Close or Exit. Make that a strict habit and you will see much better battery life. Other than normal high usage, that's the biggest battery drainer.

    Bad battery life? Turn off GPS!
    While you're at it, you could turn off the the WiFi, the network radio and the LCD... Problem solved.

    I have wifi and GPS on all the time. I only turned of BT because it kept trying to connect to everything, and I never use it.

    Yeah cause you know...you're going to use your GPS functions as much as your network radio functions. OBVIOUSLY comparing GPS use and phone use are the same thing.

    But... if I disabled GPS, my phone would stop telling me where I am!
