All other functions work, but no matter what I have tried, my keys stay lit. Can anybody tell me if this is a malfunction or a setting I accidentally changed? If it is a setting, I can't find out how to change it back. If it is a malfunction, it will be the third time I've had to send in my blackberry under warranty and ATT said I'd have to get something completely different. That means no more Crackberry!

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I have tried the battery pull a few times. Screen is not staying lit, just the keys.

No no. the operating system. Go to Options >> About >> and then it'll say "Blackberry(R) _ _ _ _ smartphone" and shortly after that say "v_._._._ _ _"..

You can just backup to your computer, wipe your handheld, then restore and see if that helps..

I tried to backup, wipe and restore, but didn't back it up the right way and lost everything. This is the 3rd blackberry I've had since November. I'm beginning to think I should have gotten the Motorola Q.
