My Tour's time source is set to network but it doesnt adjust the clock when i am in another time zone. Is this normal? I thought it would change the clock but maybe not. My motorola did.

Yes, that's normal. When set to "Network", the MINUTES are adjusted by the Network time. The hours are not. It's a BlackBerry not a Motorola.

What OS version are you using on your device?

When you look at the time settings, do you see a setting next to " Auto Update Time Zone"?

Version 5.0 of the OS has an option for "On, Off, or Prompt".
