For those that haven't read my other post on this subject:
DO NOT EVER PULL YOUR BATTER
It is not a procedure recommended by RIM, nor is is good or necessary for the operation of your Berry. In fact, it is harmfull, and on rare occasions can actually result in the corruption of memory requiring a complete OS reinstall.
For more detailed info, search the forums for my detailed post on the subject.
Help stop the spread of this rumor that this is a "standard" method of fixing something, it is not.
Not saying what you're saying is true or not. But, if it is, why doesn't the owner manual have something in it telling you this? I did a on-line search of the manual, nothing in it recommending on to pull your battery
that today was national pull your battery day is kinda funny.. since i woke up because my phone would alert me of new messages but they wouldnt be there when i would go to check them. this has happened to me before. not sure why, but taking out the battery and restarting fixes the problem. i was getting on here to see if i could figure out the problem when i saw that today was the perfect day to do so. guess my BB just wanted me to participate. ha. it has a mind of its own.
It's funny, I don't pull my battery very often but I had to at noon today (Aug 5th). I didn't even know about this event!

OK! I did my "Blackberry Duty" and pulled my battery, also gave my Berry a wipe down (actually I do that all the time...HATE a dirty screen)
I know my Berry loves me!
