Attachments question?
Let's say I get an attachment in email and it's large and I want to delete it - I do the normal delete email - but does it store deletes somewhere that I need to go clean out or does it delete from device immediately...?
Also - if I open an attachment to view quickly - then close it and delete the email - is the attachment I opened and closed deleted too or once I open it, does it store somewhere??
Thanks in advance....

Well, someone correct me if i'm wrong please.
When you go to delete something on a computer or smartphone, it doesn't actually get "deleted", the space it uses is marked as "available space". For instance, if I delete my growing list of pirated music, someone with a third party app and patience can recover a lot of what i deleted.
I'm assuming it works the same on a BB. when you delete an email, the space just gets portioned as available for it to be overwritten, so its not really taking up your space.
As far as your second question, unless you physically store an attachment, it shouldn't embed itself in your memory as long as you close out of it.

NextGates is correct.
Once you delete an item it is gone from the BB.
