??Attachments??

I am having trouble receiving excel and word attachments, could this be a problem with my BES maybe not updated yet? No luck on power point either.

Do you receive them, but can't open them?
As for Word / Notepad and .pdf's, those you should be able to read, but can't edit. You'd need something like DocumentsToGo to edit said items...

PS: BES can be configured to NOT allow 'Office' attachments...

I spoke with my IT dept and they said we are going ro update BES to be able to do that.
