    Default Appworld completely busted

    I'm not sure what to do here; advice would be much appreciated. I try to go to appworld and upon loading it tells me there is an update to BB ID. I install, and upon reboot appworld won't open at all. Just plain won't launch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it half a dozen times. Every other app I have is working fine.

    Have you tried updating/reloading your operating system?

    I've never done that. Can I download the OS and install right over when it asks me if I want to replace the existing version? Is there anything I need to do besides my normal scheduled backup to keep all my stuff and settings?

    ETA: I rolled back to an earlier version of appworld that seems to be working. If it happens again when I try to upgradeilltrythe, ' OS reinstall.

    I got the same "update your BB ID" message too, but all seemed to be okay when I restarted my device. Hope it all works out for you

    It was working fine about an hour ago cos I just downloaded 9mm.

    I got the message on my smartphone, not my PlayBook. I'm not sure if the OP was using his/her PB either.
