For some reason recurring appointments such as birthdays & anniversaries (which I enter in my contacts) are showing up twice on my calendar. For example, my friend's anniversary is May 5, which I entered in his contact information; When I scroll to May 5th on my calendar, it's there twice. One of the appts has a 1 hour reminder and the other appt has no reminder. (By default, I have it set for no reminders for any appointments. This happens when I enter this info in Outlook and sync it, and also when I enter it directly into my blackberry. Any ideas?

that's what i've been doing, but everytime i sync, it keeps adding one occurrence of the recurring appts. it's kind of annoying.

I've only had this thing for two weeks and I'm a total n00b, but how do i delete the calendar from the desktop manager?

and is this gonna be a one-time fix, or am i gonna have to do this every time i sync?
