This all started when I realized I wasn't getting notifications from my eBay app for when a watched item was about to end. After a reboot, and deleting / reinstalling the eBay app and verifying all notification settings were set correctly within the eBay app, I checked 'Settings ' --> 'Security and Privacy ' ---> 'Application Permissions' and no applications were listed. (see screenshot)

    I'm using a Z30 running 10.2.1.2126. Any suggestions?

Is the ebay app an Android one? You need a different app to manage the permissions I believe.

It's the official one from BlackBerry World, which is an Android port.

Thanks! I ended up deleting some of my more recently installed apps and that resolved the issue.
