That depends on a number of factors, including how many apps you have, which device you have, how many messages and texts are in your inbox, etc.

I would only do a pull if you're experiencing noticeable lag when opening applications, using apps, etc...
If no lag, I wouldn't worry about putting a "limit" on app memory.
