there is ZERO chance that the negative comments surrounding Z10 launch were 18%. I will bet that the POSITIVE comments were 18%, if that. Im not saying I agree with that, I LOVE my Z10... but the media just hates BB

Ugh... The "media" as used here, have little to do with it. Blogs, pnline forums, twitter... In other words: fanboys. Those who talk about it at launch.

In any case, as shown, the info is dubious and it's unclear what the methodology- and thus any possible .

Bit hard to believe z10 new features weren't talked about more than the others.... Lol....again , dubious numbers and even sillier headlines :-)

I was not aware of the sentiments in cb during the z10 launch, but in any case, I'm just surprised the article did not put bbry on a darker light.

Well the sales numbers of the IPhone 5 tell a different story. If BB10 had the sales, we would be talking about record BB sales at the last earnings call.
