I have recently installed webmessneger for my 8100. In order to use the program i had to set my apn to wap.voicestream.com (t-mobile). When i do this it somehow disables the ability to send or recieve mms. If i go back in and erase the APN address the mms works again but webmessenger does not. Any ideas how to make both work??????
Have you tried a battery pull? This a first I've heard of any such issue. I continue to receive MMS on my 8320 no problem with the APN info added. It shouldn't even affect MMS.
Log into the T-Mobile BIS web site and resend your service books. If that doesn't work call T-mobile. Like I said, this shouldn't be an issue, and I don't even understand why it would.
