    I know that BT is currently revamping their e.mail service having ditched their former partner Yahoo.

    Over the past few days I am having issues with receiving e.mails on by 9900 from my two BT addresses.

    Messages are arriving on my PC but not on the Berry. Sending mail is unaffected.

    I have deleted and re set up the accounts, re sent service books etc, in fact tried all the usual tricks to no avail.

    gmail and Outlook.com accounts are working normally, so I am assuming that the new servers BT are using are not "talking" to the BB servers as they should.

    Am I alone in experiencing this issue or are there more folks out there cursing BT !!!

    I'm having the same issue on my Q10 after running the 10.2 software update. I have 3 different email addresses from 2 hosting companies. I can send but not receive emails. I've deleted one of the accounts and can't add it back again. I have changed the settings to SMTP from IMAP and that works but it's not something I want to do permanently
