Haven't looked back to 10.2.1. Love the features of 10.3, even when it was in the rudimentary stages. Looking forward to what 10.3.2 might bring...

It was a official OTA, or you can just use Sachesi

This is what i miss and don't miss

I definitely don't miss the old clunky UI of 10.0-10.2.1. The boxes around apps and the thick black bars everywhere.

What i do miss is how stable 10.2.1 was compared to what 10.3.1 is now

I have issues with copy/paste it isn't as refined as it was on 10.2.1, I also have a hard time with the pictures on the side of each SMS, the Q10 has a small screen, I rather use the screen size for valuable information rather than a photo.. Why not getting the option ?

    Don't miss 10.2.1 one bit.

Loving the refinement of 10.3.1's UI and it's features. Like the light theme options (want more though). Specifically:

    - "turn on screen for notifications" feature
    - native ability to customize LED colors for apps & contacts
    - updated copy/paste function and cursor placement UI
    - "keep screen on while holding phone" feature
    - "turn screen on when pickup phone" feature
    - separate lock screen / home screen wallpaper
    - light theme keyboard option
    - access quick settings inside any app w/o having to go to home screen first
    - improved Android integration / speed
(e.g.: Can now share FROM Android apps into all applicable native apps, not just text message and email app)
    - battery saver mode
    - native mobile data tracker (with warnings when you approach your monthly mobile data limit)

Also, the right hand side 'slide out' context menu (when you tap and hold on something) automatically expands to you always see the text explanation of each option when you take your finger off the screen. (I could never remember what the icons mean in each app and always manually expanded it). BUT, if you keep your finger down after the menu slides out a bit, you can slide to the icon you want without the full menu appearing.

Also, now that I've gotten used to it, I really like the way Active frames work in 10.3.1. I actually keep them open now and it's made my work flow faster. It's kind of a "middle ground" between Windows Phone tiles and 10.2.1 Active frames.

We really need the option for Dark Theme across the whole OS UI, white everywhere is horrible at night.

It's very inconsistent at the moment, for example, you can open the clock app, that is black, open clock Settings, still black, yet if you want to go to date and time settings you're jumped into white again, it's a horrible mess.

Yeah, I went back and autoloaded 10.2.2. Really preferring it. On 10.3.1 I couldn't get used to the un intuitive universal search (assistant) and the way the active tiles behave. 10.3.1 was 'snappier' but not much.

Did 10.2.1 have those shadow boxes? I don't remember it's been so long. If so, then HELL NO.

The newer OS is just so much better.

Not for a second. Always love the advancements each new os brings. I always am fortunate to be with the majority and don't experience the issues others have. Initially I had the screen flicker but a couple of hard resets fixed that without a patch. I love having MS Office and Notes finally working. So many more Android apps working so much better that I couldn't go back to 10.2.x any flavour.

    I am not missing it . . . Because I downgraded back to 10.2.X.

For me on Q10's, I had too many issues. Also, as I do not bank, do not use Android, etc., I saw no performance enhancements. And finally, the UI did not seem suited for the small screen. We lost too much real estate.

Might re-visit when the issues have settled.

Its superb! But, it has the android and IOS look. The shadow boxes told "Yeah this is BB10, It aint Ios or Android" You know what I mean?

I'm usually quick to upgrade even through a leak.. and now wait for Verizon. but given all the bugs and complaints I'm reading about 10.3, in starting to think maybe Verizon had the right idea this time. Still on 10.2.1

I went back to 10.2 the final straw was discovering my contacts were messed up yet again. Contacts had double entries and random links made. Eg. Leila who had no links before has 4 after update. Including Steve. So under her name, her numbers and his were listed. Called her and he answered. Try explaining that to an iPhone fan boy, laughed his head off.

Works excellent better battery life no heat issues fast and stable. I've only had a BlackBerry for a little over a year but it is a better phone in my humble opinion than my wife's iPhone 6.
