    I have a Passport and up until this morning about 9am has not been syncing. I logged unto the server through computer and noticed some changes online, new emails that didn't come to my phone. Just curious if this is Microsofts way of saying I have to start using their email app to retrieve emails to my phone now...

    MS has upgraded their service for Outlook.com accounts. You should have received an email telling you it was coming up. Check your server setting -- it should now be outlook.office365.com. I had to manually change that on one of my devices. Alternatively, you could delete then re-add the account.

    If have eas.outlook.com as the address on my Z30, but have been having issues with Outlook as part of Office on my PC.

    Will change and see it if it makes any difference

    Using outlook.office365.com on my Z30 and everything syncs ok.

    Never had an email about updating of changing settings.

    All started to go wrong when I had a Office update recently.

    Glad you're sorted. Odd that you didn't receive an email. I received one for each of my 3 accounts.

    It was a right pain, using a custom domain with outlook.com

    Outlook on win10
    Passport
    Samsung s7 edge
    Ipad pro

    All stopped working, apparently some update went on, never got the email either, but then again my custom domain is a grand-fathered account, as of a few days ago, it started working by itself.
